Since 2010, this year-long program has combined personal growth, leadership development, and meaningful connections with peers across the field. EXCEL Leadership Certificate Program
LeadingAge California’s EXCEL Leadership Certificate Program prepares rising leaders to take on greater responsibility in older adult services. As the second level in the Leadership Development Certificate Series, EXCEL offers an intensive, three-day experience for department managers, emerging administrators, and aspiring executive directors. Through interactive learning, peer collaboration, and insights from experienced industry executives, participants build practical skills in leadership, community operations, financial management, and strategic decision-making.
