The National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) has released its annual Out of Reach (OOR) Report for 2018. The data in the report compares rents and wages across the country, for state, counties and cities. Congress Has Until March 23 to Complete HUD Funding

By Linda Couch, LeadingAge: The latest in a string of continuing resolutions gives Congress until March 23 to complete its fiscal year 2018 funding for HUD programs. Until then, HUD programs will be funded at fiscal year 2017 levels.
