About the Presenter: 
Matthew Neeley, President & Chief Executive Officer, Brethren Hillcrest Homes 

Matthew Neeley is an aging services professional with more than 25 years' experience leading health care organizations in various roles. He has served as an Officer for Brethren Hillcrest Homes since January 2005 and as President and Chief Executive Officer since July 2009.

He has an MBA and a Masters of Health Services Administration from Arizona State University and a Certificate in Gerontology and BS in Management from Brigham Young University.

His professional background includes leadership positions within for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He is active in his community, serving on several not-for-profit Boards, including Community Senior Services, La Verne/San Dimas Meals on Wheels, Rotary International, and the Chaffey College Gerontology Advisory Committee. He is an Adjunct Professor for the University of La Verne teaching graduate level Gerontology classes.

Matthew is a values-driven, visionary leader, whose commitment to the field is recognized on both a state and national level. He serves as the lead facilitator of EMERGE, the Leadership Development Program for LeadingAge California. He also serves as a member of the Public Policy Committee for the association.
