One Hour of CE Credits including RCFE, NAB, BRN

This two-hour, in-person session is designed to equip older adult care providers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to prepare for and respond to disasters. Sharing real-world experiences and strategies fosters not only preparedness but also a sense of camaraderie, reducing stress and creating a unified approach to emergencies.

• Water Damage Restoration

• Smoke and Soot Damage

• Temporary Power distribution

• Deodorization

• Structural Bracing

• Emergency roof cover and board up

This session goes beyond theory, empowering attendees with practical tools to safeguard their communities. As part of the discussion, we encourage attendees to network on MOUs and best practices, including sharing past experiences and response to disasters - What did you expect? What did you learn? What would you do differently?
