  2. CMS Relaxes Quality Reporting
    CMS relaxed reporting for SNF Quality and Value-Based Purchasing Programs in an effort to ease administrative burdens during the pandemic. If submitted, the Q4 2019 data will be used to determine the performance payment. January 1, 2020 through June 30 2020 (Q1 & Q2) does not need to be reported.
