A Note From the Editor
In this issue, we look into trends and innovations to meet the evolving needs of the next generation of seniors accessing both campus-based and home-based services. We called on experts in the field to get a feel for what changes are already underway and what is on the horizon. The consensus appears to be true to the old adage that “the only constant is change.” Our feature article comes from Dr. Robyn Stone, a noted researcher and leading international authority on aging and long-term care policy. Dr. Stone articulates the unique challenges facing the future resident and how providers can begin now to work to meet them.
